Dr. James L. Flowers
Dr. James L. Flowers is often affectionately referred to as the "Godfather of MCAT preparation.”
He first started preparing for the students for the MCAT in 1971.
He wrote the first MCAT prep book in 1976. For more info, click here.
He is the original creator of Dr. Flowers MCAT.
He is a graduate of the Harvard Medical School and was a participant in the Harvard-MIT Program in Health Sciences and Technology. Additionally, he earned a MPH degree from the Harvard School of Public Health during his four years of medical study.
He has taught tens of thousands of students face-to-face over the years in MCAT preparation. His MCAT preparation books originally produced while studying at Harvard and latter in several editions by Princeton Review have been used by hundreds of thousands of students.
